Police's community survey results will help guide department
Thank you to all who participated in Renton Police Department’s recent survey, “Police Topics Most Important to You,” and several polls via Nextdoor. Your responses are important. They will help the department meet its goal of engaging the community through conversation and establishing expectations and performance measures.
The results of this survey and recent polls are below. They have been reviewed by Chief Ed VanValey, his command staff, and community engagement team. These results will be used as a starting point in forming future surveys, polls, and community meetings.
Chief VanValey and I appreciate and value your input. It’s our goal to be transparent and use community feedback to assist the Renton Police Department in continuing to provide professional services.
